Rajwardhan is a passionate educator and accredited CBSE Resource Person, having facilitated over 100+ Capacity Building Programs across CBSE schools in North India. Many of these workshops aligned with NEP2020 and focused on life skills, stress management, active learning, and building emotionally intelligent, happy classrooms—essential for holistic education today.
Before transitioning to education, Rajwardhan spent over 30 years in international corporate leadership across India, the USA, UK, and Europe. As Head of Innovation at the British Council, he led programs in transformation, strategy, and organizational development. His earlier roles in global IT firms earned recognition for scalable learning frameworks and cultural change.
